Rain, rain, go away

Hi ladies,

It's Monday the 13th and as I sit here and work away writing my dissertation chapters, I'm left wondering what happened to summer. I also took a bit of a break this weekend to watch some of Ontario Regionals which was being broadcast live! Exciting stuff!!Which leads me to my next point. After 3 hard tournament weekends in a row and a small break this past week, it's time to get back to work!

I just checked out the calendar and wanted to throw some dates your way: July 31st is the CUPA deadline for rosters and membership fees, August 13th is the first day of Nationals!! This leaves us 4.5 weeks to get things rolling smoothly. What this means for those us going to Winnipeg is PRACTICE! Yes, that's right... bring it, from now on everyone is required to attend practices. We need to work our systems, develop lines and amp up the intensity. Rain or shine - be there!

Emails will follow with roster specific information. Feel free to write me with any questions you may have: blcarra@shaw.ca

See you tomorrow night,
Barb (and crew)

See you there for some fun in the sun.
