An open invite to all ladies to come join the Junior Women's team WhipLash tonight from 5-8 pm in Millrise (corner of Millrise Dr & Millrise Way). Fitness, Drills, Throwing and Footwork for the first hour. Mini-games and Super-Scrimmage to follow.
