Tonight practice will be at Stanley Park and will focus on throwing with a guest expert in the house to lend us some tips & tricks! Practice starts at the same time -- be cleated and ready to warm up at 6:30 pm -- but will run a bit later till about 8:50pm. Please do your best to attend this session as it will be very valuable for everyone!
