Calling all ultimate ladies in Calgary with a lunch-hour to spare...The Calgary Ultimate Association has passed along word of a program called "Go-Girl" that is looking for volunteers to help put on an ultimate frisbee session for young girls on November 13. Don't worry, you won't be left to wing it -- the CUA has a "lesson plan" type package that it would provide, as well as a teaching kit that the CUA Juniors Coordinator uses for his school clinics. Basically, we'd just want you to go out and throw the disc around with girls. Fun right? You betcha!
