Practice on Thursday is open to all ladies, starting at 6:30 pm SHARP (cleats on) at Market Mall fields (map). Bring a white and a dark shirt, lots of
water, and a disc.
With less than two weeks to Flowerbowl, practices after Thursday will be closed to the Flowerbowl ladies and the practice roster. If you'd like to know if you can be on the practice roster, please email calgarywomensultimate@gmail.com to check, or ask one of the captains on Thursday.
