Since the un-spring-like weather cancelled our session last week, join us this week for another attempt! Focus will be on core strength (so bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel to lay on the ground) and throwing. If it's too wet to work our abs in a horizontal position, we'll do an alternate workout on the stairs. All ladies are welcome (whether you're trying out
for Wild Rose or not). Here are the details:
Thursday, April 12
6:00 pm
Crescent Heights Park (throwing location at top of Memorial Drive Stairs)
Dress for the weather, bring something to lay between you and the ground, bring some water, and meet in the little park at the top of the Memorial Drive stairs (noted on the map as the throwing location) at 6:00 pm sharp. All fitness levels are welcome -- everyone will go at their own pace.
