Alright ladies, it's time to get the blood flowing! Remember how great it
feels whenever you can outrun and outlast your opponent? Join us for some women's fitness sessions this month and you'll be armed with that extra cardio edge just in time for league and tourney season. All ladies are welcome (even those not trying out
for Wild Rose). Our first session is this Thursday and will involve some good old-fashioned stairs running (with maybe some throwing afterwards if it's not too snowy). Here are the details:

6:00 pm
Bottom of Memorial Drive Stairs
Dress for the weather, bring some water, and meet at the bottom of the Memorial Drive stairs (by the Sunnyside Curling Rink) at 6:00 pm sharp. It may not be great weather but we will be there rain or shine. All fitness levels are welcome -- everyone will go at their own pace.
