Join us for our second group fitness night -- another stairs session this Thursday! All ladies are welcome (whether you're trying out
for Wild Rose or not). Here are the details:

6:00 pm
Bottom of Memorial Drive Stairs
Dress for the weather, bring some water, and meet at the bottom of the Memorial Drive stairs (by the Sunnyside Curling Rink) at 6:00 pm sharp. We'll be there rain or shine. All fitness levels are welcome -- everyone will go at their own pace.
